This 75 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor, but that doesn't mean it can't take your holiday to a special height.
This apartment used to be part of the old stables.
It consists of a kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (one with freestanding bath) that are equipped with a luxurious bathroom. Furthermore, it is equipped with all comforts, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Le Marche without any worries. The apartment has views to the south and east of the fantastic surrounding Italian estate. Who wouldn't want to enjoy the Italian view from your own terrace?

Kitchen 
Through the patio doors you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as an induction hob, an extractor hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a 4/5-person dining table, a luxurious sofa bed and a smart TV with Dutch channels. There is also air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are equipped with 2-person box springs (180×210). There are lovely towels and a bath towel provided for each guest.
The first bedroom has a freestanding bathtub and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hand shower, toilet and bidet and 2 sinks with mirror and hair dryer.
The second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and hand shower, toilet and 2 sinks with mirror and hair dryer.
