Apartment Cigliegio (Casa valle Ciafone)

This apartment of 80 m2 is located on the north side, making it a nice and cool apartment, and has its own entrance. The kitchen is on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1st floor.
This apartment has a kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a very large luxury bathroom. Furthermore, it is equipped with all comforts, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Le Marche without any worries. The apartment has views to the north of the fantastic surrounding Italian estate. Il Cigliegio, in combination with the BB L'uva room, can also be booked for 4 people. This BB room is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, and also has its own entrance at the front (south side) of the main house.

Kitchen 
Through the patio doors you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as an induction hob, an extractor hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a 4-person dining table and a smart TV with Dutch channels. There is also air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.

Bedroom 1
The bedroom has a 2-person box springs (180×210). 
The large bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet and 2 sinks with mirror and hair dryer. There are lovely towels and a bath towel provided for each guest.

Bedroom 2

L'uva is a bedroom with its own entrance. A large bedroom with a 2-person box spring (180×210), a sitting area, wifi, air conditioning and underfloor heating and has its own outdoor terrace on the south. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and two sinks. The whole space is about 26m2 in size and has a view of the hilly landscape 

The apartment has a private garden with terrace at the back, and a terrace at the front (south facing).
