This 60 m2 apartment is located on the north side, making it a nice and cool apartment, and has its own entrance. The kitchen is on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1st floor.
This apartment has a kitchen diner, a spacious bedroom and a very large luxury bathroom. Furthermore, it is equipped with all comforts, so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in Le Marche carefree. Il Cigliegio can also be booked for 4 people in combination with the BB L`uva room. This BB room is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, and also has its own entrance at the front (south side) of the main house.

Through the patio doors you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as an induction hob, an extractor hood, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a 4-person dining table and a smart TV with Dutch channels. There is also air conditioning and wifi available.

The bedroom has a 2-person box spring (180×210).
The large bathroom has a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet and 2 washbasins with mirror and hairdryer. There are lovely towels and a bath towel available for every guest.

L`uva is a bedroom with its own entrance. A large bedroom with a 2-person box spring (180×210), a seat, WiFi, air conditioning and underfloor heating and has its own south-facing outdoor terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a free-standing bath, walk-in shower, toilet and two washbasins. The entire space is approximately 26m2 and has a view of the hilly landscape

The apartment has a private garden with terrace at the back, and a terrace at the front (facing south).
