We rent out Chalet Sereno from 2017. Our luxury Chalet is something special.

PEACE and of course privacy. You will find that with us. This means a lovely spot all to yourself. Your car and everything you need at hand because the cottage is easily accessible and you can park your car for free, right next to it.


Simply, back to the real enjoyment:

- A fantastic view of various towns and our olive trees around your spacious private terrace. And not wanting to see anyone for a while.


- Being able to make a campfire in your own private spot and enjoy a nice regional wine (La Murola with us in Mogliano) and a piece of tasty, Italian, Salami under the immense starry sky that we still see clearly here because there is almost no light pollution. Breathtaking every time.

-Take an invigorating massage bath in our SPA/Jacuzzi During hot summer days you can take an invigorating bath in a large Jacuzzi (outside the summer you can also heat but only on request) directly in front of the Chalet.  Delicious! Just don't have to do anything anymore. Being able to taste the real life here in Le Marche.

We are Fulco and Jacqueline Heres. In the Netherlands, the municipality of Hoorn, we had a small brokerage and Mortgage Bureau together. Jacqueline took care of the office and accounting Fulco did the real estate brokerage and mortgage advice. With our Camper through beautiful Italy, the love for the country of the "Dolce Vita" grew with its beautiful nature, delicious food and its wonderful sunny climate.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Explanation of the prices.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

The pool is adjacent to your Veranda. This pool is only shared with two adults if the Chalet in the background is also rented. This is by no means always the case. Do you see that the windows are blind (FAKE)? Just for fun.

In the morning you have some sun on your terrace that turns away when it gets too hot. The huge fig tree by the outdoor dining area makes this the coolest place you can find when it's really unbearable on many terraces around here. Just think about it :)
Our house is completely free. The huge terrace of the holiday home is located at the rear. You will find your parking space on the left.
Fully equipped kitchen. The worktop comes from the Netherlands at Rob Henckens Terrazzo and Concrete. The best there is! Note the sink.
Dawn. Time for some meditation. Don't know how? You can also always ask Fulco.
Wake up totally ZEN. Check quickly if your period is still available.
Where do you find this? Rent our Fiat 500 and drive one of our Theme Routes (put by us in Google My Maps), Sea, Sibilini Mountains, Villages, the Wine Route or just your own way. That's Italy at its best. Priceless! Ask about the possibilities and see if he is still available.
