Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

he host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter remains liable for the full rental price.
