Henk Mastwijk and Tineke Vermeer rent their home since 2005 Bocca di Lupo in Loretello, 11 km from Corinaldo. Since 2008 they also rent out their other Italian house, Casa Doro. Especially in the low season you can fly for real great prices from Weeze (Nijmegen / Dusseldorf) to Ancona. Ryanair regularly offers tickets for 5 or 8 euros! And flies three times a week. Rent a car at the airport of Ancona and drive a half hour from our home in Corinaldo. But check with other airlines or offers. For example AirBerlin flies in summer between Schiphol Airport and Rimini (over an hour from our house). Friday is our changeover day. And you will see that after a week the following Friday are full of new energy. There are also families who own the car to travel and their children a large part of the holiday come over by plane. Nice to Ancona to pick them and the whole family on holiday to continue. There are many creative options to consider.
Or fly a bargain price from Weeze to Bologna and visit the beautiful university city. With a rental car for another 2 hours drive from our house.

It is a wonderful way to travel, especially for a short vacation. With the plane. Only hand luggage, warm cardigan by the hand and walking shoes. With us you never have to bring bedding, too heavy (bath) towels and kitchen towels are not. Really thought of everything in our house. And with 7 kg drum washing machine as you back everything fresh crops.

In Casa Doro is a wireless ADSL internet, fast and free to use by our guests. Bring your own laptop. Of course, not primarily because you are indispensable to your work, but mostly for your own convenience. It is useful to look up what happens in the Marche region are to do is to devise a route, to book tickets, opening hours of museums to check the weather forecast to see what nearby village festival is held and what time a theater begins. In the extended ABC, which lies in our house you will find tips and lesser known addresses in the neighborhood.

In 2004 we bought our first house in Bocca di Lupo Loretello (Marche / Italy). It was about 60 years been uninhabited and with much patience and great builders, we have a lovely holiday made - completely free, with breathtaking views over the valley and around Loretello with a private pool on the upper terrace (see photo). This house we rent in case we do not use them. In 2007 we found 11 km away from the house Corinaldo Casa Doro, although that was a beautiful place with olive trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden, but looked like a ruin. With fond memories of our first project in memory we started this home in-house completely renovated. Again with great vakmensen.En after almost a year was to build a beautiful house with pool in our olive grove. The entire process of tracing the owner, applying for permits to recycle the old materials - all phases of construction were a real adventure for us.

Initially we wanted to sell Casa Doro, each stone but if you've had in your hands you become attached to a house. We decided to keep it and rent to cover the costs. And it always a bit prettier. It had to be an oasis of calm, comfortable, modern amenities and centrally located between all the good that Italy has to offer. The feedback from our tenants, we understand that something happens to you when you enter this paradise. Almost magical. On our website you can read how one's even better than the other sets. Since 2010 we are looking for a third project. Also in this area in Le Marche. Because we understand what a holiday unique. Because we enjoy it when our guests enjoy. And because we want you to see how special this country.
