Cancellation by tenant  - 
Cancellation by the tenant must be communicated to the landlord by e-mail.

Upon receipt of this written cancellation, the landlord will send a confirmation of the cancellation.

In case of cancellation within 7 days after the reservation confirmation, the deposit will be refunded by the landlord.

In case of cancellation after these 7 days and up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant owes 50% of the rent.

In case of cancellation from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant will owe the full amount at all times.

Cancelled reservations cannot be transferred to third parties unless the tenant obtains permission from the landlord by email.

Cancellation insurance against risks of illness, accident or other circumstances must be taken out by the tenant(s) themselves. 

Cancellation by the owner - landlord
If due to circumstances the owner is forced to cancel the rented property, the owner will immediately inform the tenant and, if possible, offer an alternative.

In the event that the tenant is unable to offer an alternative, or if the tenant does not accept the alternative, the landlord will immediately refund the entire amount already paid by the tenant.

The tenant has no right or no other right than to reclaim this amount.
