We always welcome you with a smile on our premises and are happy to show you the way to your beautiful ground floor apartment at the back of the main building. Noce has a cozy garden and veranda that offers all the comfort for a day outdoors.

A spacious dining table, a regular lounge, a bean bag and even a fatboy hammock to enjoy the beautiful view. As icing on the cake, there is also your own glamping tent that you can use for free.

There is also an outdoor kitchen on the veranda with refrigerator, sink and gas stove for the ultimate outdoor cooking experience. All other items such as eating utensils and cooking pans are of course also available for you to use yourself if desired.

Upon entering you enter the spacious living room with an authentic tractor bar table as an eye-catcher where you can enjoy aperitifs, followed by the coffee corner so that you can start your day with a delicious coffee in the morning. Would you rather stretch out in the evening? This is also possible in the comfy sofa that is already present in the living room. You will immediately see the children go to the corner where there are some toys ready for them.

The first door on your path gives access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and cupboard space. This includes standard toilet paper, towels and a hairdryer.

Adjacent to the living space you will find a hall to which the bedroom with the bunk bed is connected and on the other side you will also find the second spacious double room, which is equipped with a comfortable, soft bed and sufficient cupboard space.

Your booking price includes final cleaning and bed and bath linen as standard, as well as air conditioning (new from 2024) to guarantee you a cool stay.

Outside you can always take a refreshing dip in our large swimming pool of 12x6m (new since 2023) , enjoy a tasty cocktail or snack at the bar and we are also ready for you in the morning if desired with our breakfast service.
