The house has been built and completely renovated in the traditional Italian style.
White, pink and red oleanders surround the swimming pool.
The open veranda ('portico' in Italian) of 60 m² has a large outdoor table with 8 deck chairs.
The house is completely detached and furnished in contemporary, country style. It has a total living area of 200 m².

The dining room, kitchen and living room together form a beautiful, connecting whole, creating a large open space.
The dining room, with its large wooden table and 8 chairs, connects seamlessly to the open kitchen which is very convenient. From here you always have a beautiful view of the landscape around Casa Belmonte through the windows.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. For example, you can use a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, vitro-ceramic hob, fridge with large freezer compartment and a coffee maker. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking pots and pans.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with double box-spring beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe. These rooms have a spacious area of 16 m².
