Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Cagli - a special place where nature, peace and Italian lifestyle are harmoniously combined.
Our cozy apartment with a separate entrance is located on our large, fully fenced property directly on a small river. Surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy peace and privacy here - and yet you are only about a 5-minute walk from the historic old town of Cagli.
The apartment is ideal for 2 people and is also wonderful for 2 adults with children. Whether it's a romantic holiday for two or a relaxing holiday as a small family - here you will find the right place to spend a nice and relaxing time together.
A place to relax
The special highlight is our spacious 15 × 6 metre saltwater pool, which is open from 1 June to 15 September. It is used exclusively by our family and the guests of the only holiday apartment - for a pleasantly quiet and personal atmosphere.
In the garden, a romantic pavilion invites you to have a leisurely breakfast, eat together or simply unwind with a good book.
The large, fully fenced garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Directly on the small river you can experience nature, listen to the water and simply get away from everyday life.
Experience Italy authentically
Cagli is a charming historic small town away from mass tourism. Small cafes, restaurants, shops and Italian life are all within easy walking distance.
At the same time, our accommodation is an ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Marche region – with its medieval villages, mountains, historic towns, culinary specialties and the Adriatic coast.
Whether it's relaxing days by the pool, romantic evenings in the garden, spending time with the family, hiking in nature or excursions in the surrounding area: here you can enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Our personal Italy
We have lived in Italy for over 30 years. This country has long since become home for us, and we especially love the little things that make up the Italian way of life: a cozy espresso, good food, long summer evenings, nature and the warm atmosphere of small Italian places.
This is exactly the feeling we would like to share with our guests.
We would like to offer you not only a holiday apartment, but a piece of our very own Italy - authentic, quiet and far away from mass tourism.
Perhaps you will enjoy your first coffee of the day in the gazebo, spend the afternoon by the pool and discover the historic old town of Cagli in the evening. Perhaps you will be pampered by the cuisine of the Marche or take a trip to the beautiful surroundings.
