Farmhouse Country House Montesoffio

Our organic estate is a small-scale, green and safe oasis of peace, away from traffic, where you will be warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. Enjoy what you see: the large spacious garden around the house with several terraces, comfortable garden furniture, our wine, olive and orchard, the large saltwater swimming pool, separate play areas, the trampoline and the beautiful panoramic view. On the 6.5 hectares that the estate covers, there is a place for everyone, where you can dream away in a hammock in the orchard, between the grapevines or on a lounger at the edge of the pool.

The estate has several apartments and B&B rooms and a cozy communal living room with house bar, free WiFi and fireplace. All apartments have their own entrance and the B&B rooms have their common entrance on the ground floor. You can walk straight from the kitchen/living room into the garden. Also great if you want to eat outside in the morning or evening sun.
We have a charging point available for electric cars (charging station 20 kW, plug Type 2 Mennekes).

Through Micazu we rent out a 2-roomapartment (approx. 40 m2, max. 4 pers.), at the head of the house with shelter and beautiful views. On the ground floor you have a covered terrace, entrance, sitting/dining room with modern kitchen with a 4 burner gas stove and medium fridge. In the sitting area a good sofa bed (140 x 200). On the 1st floor there is a modest bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and bedroom with 2 box springs (90 x 200) and enough space for an extra cot. You sleep in a good, firm and fresh bed. In this healthy quiet environment you are under sail in no time. We live on the estate ourselves, so we can advise and assist everyone about the beaches, cities and villages to visit (Urbino, Fano, Fabriano, Senigallia, Mondavio, Corinaldo), nature parks (Frasassi, Furlo, Conero, Apennines) and the numerous nearby wine cantinas, markets, outlets and restaurants.

We bake bread for our guests and we regularly organize communal meals and cooking workshops, with which we spoil our guests extensively. Tasty and good food with our own organic olive oil, wine and delicious other local Italian wines. In the early and late season we facilitate all possible courses if desired and you can come and help us on the estate.
Visit the local wine and food festivals from May to November. Tastings with regional products, such as truffles, olive oil, wine and various traditional fruits and vegetables.
