There are 4 independent apartments of different sizes with maximum preservation of the original elements typical of Italian country houses.
All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and separate living and sleeping areas.
Wireless internet is available in and around the entire house.
There is a spacious swimming pool of 12x6m (salt electrolysis) with a beautiful view of the surroundings and the Apennines and which has a higher pool house with portico and a very extensive library with Dutch books.
There is an option for a game of badminton, ping pong or petanque.
The front of the garden is dominated by an immense mulberry tree with a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. According to the locals, this is probably one of the largest in all of Italy.
Guests can pick their fruit fresh from the trees in the garden: mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - persimmons - goji berries.
No landscape pollution here due to electricity pylons, solar panels, mobile phone masts or busy traffic roads.
With a bit of luck you will see a herd of deer or wild boar passing by next to the casa, while a pair of eagles and falcons scan their territory from the skies.

The Nidastore apartment is an apartment for max. 3 people on the ground floor.
It consists of 2 rooms of 38 m² with an east-oriented terrace overlooking the front garden and a raised west-oriented terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The western terrace is partly shaded by a tree, giving you the option to sit in full sun or in the shade at any time.
