The Apartment
Located on the third floor of an ancient Genoese-style building, this apartment is a quiet and private haven. The spaces include:
• Living Area & Kitchen: A spacious living area equipped with a TV, comfortable sofa bed, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination oven, coffee maker, kettle, and washing machine for longer stays. Below the window, you will find a traditional clothesline, perfect for drying your clothes in the sea breeze.
• Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. It is reliable for browsing and planning your daily trips, though the speed reflects the charming, historic nature of our village (not suitable for heavy streaming or large downloads).
• Sleeping Area: A large double bedroom with direct access to the private patio, a true outdoor oasis of tranquility for your moments of relaxation.
• Comfort: Bathroom with shower and bidet. Air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter.

• Access: As this is a historic building, please note there are stairs to climb (3rd floor).
• Safety: The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, and a gas detector.
