Ibiza style holiday home 'CAPRI'

Holiday home CAPRI has fantastic SEA VIEWS and is within walking distance of various beaches on the Italian Riviera.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fixed lounge/sofa bed and is suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchenette has a luxurious espresso machine, a 4 burner hob, a kettle, minibar/fridge with freezer compartment. Furthermore, holiday home Capri has air conditioning, heating, sonos, smart TV. The patio terrace has fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea, a picnic table and lounge set. You can use the saltwater pool, restaurant or enjoy a prosecco in our bar. 

Holiday home CAPRI is located in a small-scale resort with 9 holiday homes, called Balzi Rossi. Balzi Rossi is a well-known archaeological area by the sea with beautiful ancient olive trees and an ancient Roman path. It is not possible to get to the holiday home by car (about 400m walk). You can park in the public parking lot and we will arrange a shuttle service for your luggage. This makes the holiday home an oasis of peace.

In Balzi Rossi you can choose from several public beaches or the famous beach club Balzi Rossi. There are several restaurants and you can also enjoy the "daily meals" prepared by our chef. Cozy Menton is within walking distance and chic Monaco is a 20-minute drive away. Our holiday resort is ideally suited for couples or families with older children.
