If for any reason the tenant cannot or does not want to accept the rented object on the agreed date, he must inform the host immediately. A telephone report of this must always be followed up with a written confirmation (via e-mail) to the host.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will owe 30% of the rent;  in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented object, the full rental price is due.

The Lessee is prohibited from subletting, lending or using the rented property, in whole or in part, to third parties in any contractual manner whatsoever.

Additional House Rules:

a. No open fire may be made outside.

b. Pets are not allowed.

c. The use of gas, water and electricity is included, but we ask you to use them sparingly.

d. Barbecuing with the available BBQ is allowed. You may also use the pizza oven.

e. Moving cupboards and beds, as well as sound or television equipment or taking any part of the indoor inventory outside - except of course crockery, glasses and cutlery for your outdoor meal - is expressly not allowed.

f. Giving parties etc. in the rented property is not allowed.

g. The landlord is obliged to make the leased property available to the tenant in good condition on the agreed date and time.
