Casa del Grillo is a typical stonehouse in the Liguria backcountry 10 min far from amazing beaches and 20 from Côte d’Azure. Our 100 years old fully renovated countryhouse is located in a small ancient village surrounded by hills and olive trees, named Verrandi.
In the village you can enjoy the fresh air after a nice day at the beach. Strolling around the village you can hear the sounds of the cicadas and smell the amazing mediterranea flavours.
It is ideal for families or groups of friends that want to spend a unique holiday in Italy exploring hidden natural beaches, small little villages but also charming fancy places for a true italian Dolce Vita.
Our house has got a strategic position because CasadelGrillo is just a few minutes far from amazing beaches, 15 minutes from villages like Dolceacqua and Apricale, just half hours from the parc of Mercantour and its Valle des Meravilles, half hour from the Cote d'Azur and famous location as Montecarlo, Nice, Antibes, half hour from the famous Riviera dei Fiori represente by the city of SanRemo.
That's a charming tradition! In Verrandi village, the unique practice of naming houses after animals adds to the area’s picturesque and whimsical character. Casa del Grillo, for instance, gets its name from a delightful mural painted by a local farmer and friend featuring a cricket on its front door.
On the 1st floor: a cozy terrace surronded by succulents where you can eat en plein air or just relaxing with a nice book, a big dining and leaving room with a comfy sofa and armchair, a full equipped kitchen .
On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and a full renovated bathroom with a great shower.
The 3rd floor, the Attic with its stunning view on the hills and the valley, A space with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette with a washing machine.
The 3rd floor is available only if the guests are more than 5 and upon request. The usage of the attic requires an additional fee for cleaning of 40 euro per stay.
The price rate published is referred to the usage of the first 2 floors. The Attic is not always available and requires an additional fee.
