Rest and space in Liguria. Beautiful holiday home Casa Rovear, 16 km from the coast in Bella Liguria, in an ancient olive grove and 2 km from the village of Pigna.
We have a small "estate" with 130 olive trees, a large house with an apartment, and this beautiful holiday home that we rent out. The house can be reached via an unpaved road of 150 meters, not suitable for very large and low cars. But there is also parking space for the car upstairs. (We drive with luggage and groceries) We have renovated the house 10 years ago and it is fully equipped. Upstairs is the spacious kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, large fridge and dishwasher. Lots of cupboard and work space. Then a living room with corner sofa, television, and a pellet stove that can heat the entire house through radiators. The house is very well insulated and therefore quickly warm. Adjacent a slate terrace with wooden garden furniture and umbrella, and a large wooden balcony, also with umbrella and garden furniture. A beautiful view of the pre-Alps. Downstairs are the bedrooms (nice and cool) and a very spacious bathroom, with rain shower, 2 sinks, a urinal and a toilet.
The house is fully equipped and there are many old features. The beach is at 16 km, the village of Pigna at 2 km with shops and restaurants. A pizeria and a tasty coffee ice cream parlor with tasty cakes. Dolce acqua is also a beautiful place with nice terraces and restaurants (8 km) Bordighera is a nice beach place with wonderful fish restaurants on the boulevard. Many trips, whale watching trips, the mundane San Remo and Nice. The Hanburry Gardens are also worth a visit. Or the undiscovered hinterland where time seems to stand still, with beautiful squares. We also cook for our guests and eat in the olive grove. We would like to share this place with you. Here you can still find real silence and space.
