Our house, surrounded by ancient olive trees and located between beautiful mountains. Ideal retreat for those looking for tranquility and natural beauty, in the middle of the mountains and near the sea.
The house is located at an altitude of 390 meters in the picturesque village of Erli and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Just a 5 minute walk away you will find a restaurant, bar, hotel, shop, the town hall, a pharmacy and the post office, while the beautiful sea coast of Albenga is only a 20 minute drive away. Here you have access to all kinds of shops, supermarkets, the charming historic center and beautiful beaches by the sea.
Our house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and the central cozy kitchen. The kitchen is a true gem, equipped with a fireplace and a pizza oven, ideal for cozy evenings. A cozy living room completes the house, while outside is a large front and rear terrace and garden. Lots of space outside to eat, relax and enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.
Hiking enthusiasts will find their paradise here: the path that passes in front of the house leads to a one-and-a-half-hour hiking trail that connects the five parts of Erli and reveals breathtaking panoramas. From the house there are many different, well-signposted hiking trails, not to mention the "Via del sale". The descent to the river (10 minutes walk) offers the opportunity for a refreshing swim. The beautiful medieval villages of Castelvecchio di Rocca, Barbena and Zuccarello can both be reached in about an hour and a half on beautiful walking paths through the forest and along the river.
This area also offers a variety of climbing routes that meet the needs of everyone, from beginners to experienced climbers.
Cyclists and mountain bikers can indulge themselves. Many villages and the coast are easily accessible on well-paved roads. For mountain bikers, there are several signposted routes through the woods.
