You arrive at our beautiful home via an adventurous, typically Ligurian road. Our chalet is surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees with views of the mountains and the sea on 14,000 m2 of land. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool for the necessary cooling with an outdoor shower. There is a BBQ and several nice places where you can sit. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all amenities.

There is WiFi internet, a DVD player, Canal Digitaal and a Sonos music system with which you can play free music via WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including all the herbs and olive oil you need to prepare a delicious meal.

Area:
Located a few kilometers inland from the coast, Dolceacqua is a charming village with winding medieval streets leading to the castle. In the valley is the beautiful bridge painted by Monet. The house is located approximately 10 minutes by car from the village.

The area is ideal if you like sun and beach (Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Vallecrosia, Sanremo), but also if you want to experience the real Italian culture in the villages a little further inland. Dolceacqua, Pigna, Roccheta and Airole are typical villages where Italians still live as they used to. Across the border in France (about a 30-minute drive), cities such as Menton, Monaco and Nice are also definitely worth a visit.

Transport:
You can park on site.
The house is located 45 minutes from Nice airport, where Transavia, Easyjet and KLM fly daily.

We have been the proud owners of this house since 2017. After renting various houses in Italy for years, the need arose for our own place where we can enjoy ourselves with our family. Unfortunately, it is not a holiday all year round, so we would also like to open our house to others and hope that they can relax as much as we always do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price does not include bed linen and towels at 90 euros per week (no beach towels)
The price does not include a cleaning fee of 180 euros

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
