The villa is spread over a completely private land, fenced over the entire perimeter. The house is located in the center of the village, within walking distance of the free parking lot on the square.
A pathway leads guests to the courtyard, a private space where you can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Here you can organize barbecues, drinks, breakfast and outdoor meals, as the garden is also accessible from the ground floor of the house, or you can use the sunbed to make the most of Imperia's beautiful climate.
On the ground floor there is an open space with a comfortable living room, dining table and a large kitchen complete with appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle).
