Stylish 6 person holiday villa with beautiful swimming pool quietly located in the hills of the Ligurian coast, 10 min walk from the village of Apricale, 20 min drive from the sea and 40 km from San Remo and the Côte d'Azur.
Villa Dolce Apricale is located between the olive groves within walking distance of the medieval village of Apricale. From the fully fenced garden with about thirty olive trees you have a breathtaking view over the green hills and the medieval village of Perinaldo. The Ligurian coast with attractive seaside resorts, cozy beaches, numerous restaurants and beautiful bays is half an hour's drive away. The village of Apricale with several restaurants is a 15-minute walk away and has been voted one of the most beautiful 'borghi' in Italy.
Villa Dolce Apricale is not an impersonal holiday home but a luxurious, fully furnished villa, equipped with 2 double and a 3 person bedroom, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 7 people. In 2023, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and bar was built adjacent to the master bedroom.
The Villa
The interior of the villa is a successful mix of Italian design and modern art. You have access to 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped luxury kitchen with two ovens, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner hob and television. In addition to the open kitchen with large dining table, there is a lovely TV lounge with sofas, a nice reading corner and a spacious triple bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms and the second bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and bidet. All living and sleeping areas have air conditioning and heating and open onto a terrace or balcony through French doors.
Tastefully and attractively decorated
Villa Dolce Apricale was built in 2008 with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. It is modern, but tastefully and attractively decorated. There is wifi and on the flat screen smart TV in the lounge, you can watch Dutch TV channels, among other things. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together and a sofa bed. A dryer, washing machine and iron are provided. The entire villa has air conditioning and central heating.
Garden with lounge and view of hills
From the various small and large terraces you have unobstructed views of the surrounding hills and the medieval village of Perinaldo. There is a lowered sitting area in which everyone can find their peace and coolness and a beautiful salt swimming pool of 7x4 meters with outdoor shower, refrigerator and bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The large sun terrace has six sunbeds, lounge furniture and various umbrellas. The entire garden is attractively lit and the grounds are closed off with a fence and an entrance gate. Inside the gate there is parking for two cars.
Our house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age for several reasons.
The area
Villa Dolce Apricale is located in the hills of Liguria, within walking distance of the medieval village of Apricale. This has been declared 'borghi più belli d'Italia' and a 'must see' if you are on the Flower Riviera. But the surroundings of the villa have so much more to offer. In the hills around Apricale are picturesque towns such as Dolce Aqua, Castel Vittorio, Pigna and Perinaldo. You can reach the Ligurian coast in twenty minutes by car. Seaside resorts such as Bordighera, Ospedaletti and Ventimiglia invite you to spend a day at the beach, shopping or lunch by the sea. The French Rivera with beautiful places such as Nice, Cannes and Monaco can be reached by car in about an hour. San Remo on the Italian side is about 45 minutes drive.
For nature and culture lovers, Liguria is an excellent destination. For foodies, this region is a feast!
