Il Casale delle Rose is a beautiful large villa, surrounded by the lush green hills of the Sabina region, just 50 km from Rome, set in a large garden with a swimming pool. The strategic location of Il Casale delle Rose will allow you to explore the regions of central Italy, its proximity to the highway allows to quickly reach Rome with its monuments, its churches and many other places of interest such as Siena, Orvieto, Perugia and Florence.
The villa is located on top of a hill with a beautiful garden that spreads on different levels. The pool is large and has a beautiful view with the sun shining until sunset Everywhere we find rose bushes, peonies, avender, rosemary and a multitude of other plants and flowers. On one of the levels of the garden,
Lucia, the owner grows her own orchard with tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and others. Olive trees, typical of the Sabina region, and fruit trees are planted around the property. Close to the pool a beautiful oak tree offers respite from the sun next to a lovely stone table with benches where you can relax with a glass of wine admiring the view.From the courtyard several steps take us down to the pool which is 6x12 meters in size with Roman steps. Around the pool we have a terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. night time lighting is available allover the garden and pool. On the lower level of the property we have a pond and benches where behind a fence we have 2 horses grazing in the fields.
The villa has 2 floors, on each of which we find an independent apartment. This makes it possible to book the apartment on the first floor for four or five guests, or both floors for a larger group. The property has been booked to allow only one group or family at a time for exclusive use of the grounds and pool.
The ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One of the bedrooms can become a triple. A large living room with a comfortable sofa and lounge chair in front of a large fireplace gives access to the terrace and an open kitchen with dining table. Many French doors open onto the patio which is deep and runs past the living room and kitchen windows, the terrace is furnished with a large dining table and sofas, the perfect place to have meals or relax in a sun lounger during the beautiful summer months. On the top floor we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious dining and living room.
Il Casale delle Rose has been completely renovated with everything in perfect condition. Lucia, the owner of her furniture, has chosen from local antique stores selecting each individual piece of furniture personally. The bathrooms are modern and spacious, all of them have a large shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances, which include a fridge, freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine and ironing board are in a separate closet. Small appliances such as a toaster, kettle and espresso machine are all available. In the bathrooms we will provide you with soap, towels and a hairdryer. The house has high definition TV sets and free wi-fi connection is available 24 hours a day. An ecological modern heat pump supplies hot water and air conditioning throughout the house.
Please contact us for sleeping arrangements, the house can accommodate 4 to 12 guests and we have a cot and high chair for the little ones.
