CalaSabina is one of a kind with stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains. During the warm days you can enjoy your meals outside, either in the garden, or next to the pool where we have a terrace with a brick wood oven to make pizza and bread.

At the front of the house we have a lovely pergola where you can sit and relax in the shade and sun loungers are available near the pool and garden. Around the house we have set up a number of places with tables and chairs. The garden is very spacious with trees, shrubs and flowers.
The house is decorated in a pleasant classic style and all rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor we have 2 double bedrooms, with a third bed in one of the bedrooms, 1 single bedroom where it is also possible to add an extra bed, 2 bathrooms with a large shower, a kitchen, a large living room with two comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs and a dining table with eight seats. On the ground floor, with entrance from the garden, we have a nice studio apartment with a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

CalaSabina is a fantastically comfortable house with good quality beds and the bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, freezer, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Small appliances such as a toaster, food processor, slicer, kettle, coffee perculator and a Nespresso Coffee machine are also provided.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, High Speed Internet with WIFI that is available 24 hours a day, also in the garden and around the pool. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information and bookings.

Cascata delle Marmore is een manmade waterval gemaakt door de oude Romeinen. Mooie wandelingen rond de rivier en de bossen.

Voor de bouw zijn eeuwenlang stenen uithet plateau gehaald. Daardoor ontstonden vele onderaardse gangen en gewelven, die nu toeristische bezienswaardigheden zijn geworden.

Rome is makkelijk berijkbaar, met de auto of met de trein....

En half uurtje in de auto Fianello Het is een charmante plek : een handvol huizen , een paleis ( Savelli - Orsini ) en een kerk ( 1571 ) Een landschap van bossen, valleien en groene heuvels .
