The holiday villa can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, TV, elegant dining table, piano (not tuned) and fireplace.
Spacious bedroom with double bed and bathroom with sink, bidet toilet and walk-in shower.
The kitchen has plenty of utensils for 6 people.
There is a dining table, gas stove with oven, and microwave oven, the spacious fridge with freezer drawers is in the utility room. The kitchen has patio doors to the garden with a garden table with chairs.
- On the first floor bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined) and a bathroom with shower.
- Two additional single beds can be added on request (one in each bedroom with double bed).
The large windows in the living room give access to the charming garden and the swimming pool (12x7m) with garden and sun loungers. The gazebo with stone dining table and barbecue are ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the warm summer evenings during your holiday.
The garden around the house is completely fenced and animals are allowed on request.
Within walking distance (100m) you will find a restaurant, playground and football field. The villa is located close to Intra Verbania (2 km), a lively town with many shops, bars and restaurants. From here you can walk along the beautiful promenade and take the boat to explore Lake Maggiore: the famous Borromeo Islands, nice villages, beaches and many water sports. In the nearby mountain valley, there are also numerous leisure activities and sports available (hiking, mountain biking and golf.
