Just steps from the lakeside promenade and beach, this bright apartment opens onto a spacious terrace with sweeping views of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and sunsets that paint the sky in gold and rose.
Inside, a quiet dialogue unfolds between nature, art, and place. The home is filled with original artworks: sculptures, light installations, and vertical gardens created from felt and reclaimed wood – found materials given new life. These pieces tell a story of poetic transformation and sustainability, with works exhibited in renowned galleries such as Contini Art Factory in Venice, Voyage Pittoresque Factory in Naples, Spazio TID in Milan, and Galleria Pila in Orta San Giulio.
Designed and renovated in a refined Scandinavian style, the apartment blends clean lines, natural materials, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The large open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining room, and lounge, framed by wide windows that offer breathtaking views in every season. A fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining table, two comfortable sofas, a desk, smart flat-screen TV, and air conditioning make it a perfect place to relax and gather.
Three bedrooms, each enriched with sustainable artworks, ensure comfort and serenity:
- The master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (0.80 m²) with shower, sink, WC, and window.
- A second double bedroom.
- A third walk-through room with a single bed and flat-screen TV.
Free parking is available, and guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the terrace, balcony, and adjacent laundry room, ensuring privacy and comfort.
As a Danish artist and architect, I designed this house as an expression of my aesthetic: warm, refined, and deeply connected to its surroundings. My years of collaboration with Artemide are evident in the lighting design – at dusk, the space becomes a delicate play of atmospheres. The Danish concept of hygge – that sense of intimate comfort – has shaped the mood of the home, making it a place to pause, connect, and be inspired.
Every choice, from materials to mood, reflects my respect for sustainability, craftsmanship, and the soul of the landscape. This is not just a home, but a meeting point between art, nature, and a slower way of living.
Please note: kindly close the awnings when leaving or before bedtime. Being so close to the lake, sudden gusts of wind may occur and could damage them.
