Casa La Moka

The rental prices apply for 1 week and are from Saturday afternoon 15.00 to Saturday morning 10.00. 

Gas, water, electricity, wifi, and the heated swimming pool (May/June to September) are included in the rental price. 

Bed linen package is mandatory 13.50 euros p.p. The bedding package will be on your bed upon arrival.

Towels and household linen are not provided, these can be rented at an additional cost.

The deposit is 30% of the rent and the deposit of 100€ and must be paid at the time of booking.

After the deposit, the reservation becomes final. The remainder  must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Price changes for the 2026 season reserved.

Cancellation policy:

If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 6 weeks before the arrival of the rental period, he will still owe 40% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks to the start date 60% of the rental price.

If the tenant only  announces on the start date   or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
