Penthouse with large terrace (60m²) and 360° view located in a closed residence, on a mountain slope with beautiful views over Riva, Arco, Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. The penthouse is furnished with modern quality furniture and tableware. Large swimming pool (25 X 12m) with children's pool, filled and permanently fed by filtered spring water, so it is chlorine-free. Lifeguard present during the day (open from June 1 to September 30). Tennis court (free) and sunbathing area by the pool with beautiful panoramic views over the valley. The swimming pool is accessible day and night, ideal for cooling off before going to bed.
Center Riva del Garda within walking distance via a walking path (+/- 1.5 km), or cycling distance (5'). 1 bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m and a sofa bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m. WIFIi and air conditioning available. Cycling and walking routes are plentiful here, as well as water sports such as sailing, surfing, diving and kite surfing. Culinarily, Riva del Garda is a top location with several star restaurants and many local restaurants in every price range. Something for everyone.

Garda friend for many years, wine lover and sports minded, so everything my heart desires is available in Riva and the surrounding area. I try to enjoy this beautiful spot with a Mediterranean temperature, where you are never bored. We speak Italian and Dutch (also French, German and English) so that we can always help our tenants if desired.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates valid for 2 adults and 2 children (< 14 years).
Per additional adult/child from 14 years, +10 euros per night.

To bring; bed, bath and kitchen linen. There is also a possibility to rent this during the summer months.
In July and August, final cleaning can be done by an external company. This costs €70 extra. To be paid directly to the landlord.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental amount.
If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total rental amount.
If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental amount.
If you cancel within 15 days before arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total rental amount.
If the apartment is rented out again, the cancellation costs amount to 15% of the total rental amount.
In the event of force majeure, the full amount will be refunded.
