Apartment equipped with every comfort. in a gated residence, located on a mountainside with beautiful views over Riva, Arco and Lake Garda. Large swimming pool (25X12m) with children's pool (3X3m), filled and permanently fed by filtered spring water, so that it is chlorine-free. Lifeguard present during the day (open from June 1 to September 30). Tennis court (free) and sunbathing lawn by the pool with beautiful panoramic views over the valley. Pool is accessible day and night, ideal for cooling off before bedtime.
Center Riva del garda within walking distance via a footpath (+/- 1.5 km), or cycling distance (5'). 2 beds of 1.60 X 2.00m available. WIFIi and air conditioning available. Children's/baby cot available as an extra.
Cycling and walking routes are plentiful here, as well as water sports such as sailing, surfing, diving and kite surfing. Culinary, Riva del Garda is a prime location with some star restaurants and also many local restaurants in every price range. Something for everyone.

Garda friend for many years, wine lover and sports minded, so everything my heart desires is available in Riva and the surrounding area. I try to enjoy this beautiful spot with a Mediterranean temperature, where you are never bored. We speak Italian and Dutch (also French, German and English) so that we can always help our tenants if desired.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates valid for 2 adults and 2 children (< 14 years).
Per additional adult/child from 13 years, +10 euros per night.
Water, gas and electricity included.
To bring; bed, bath and kitchen linen. However, there is also a possibility to rent it during the summer months.
In July and August, a final cleaning can be done by an external company. This costs an additional 70€. To be paid directly to the landlord.
