The apartment is new, and has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.

In the large living room overlooking the pool there is a full kitchen, large screen Flat screen TV and two sofas, one of which csan be turned into a komfortable double bed within few seconds!

In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and bidet.

What is more fun than enjoying the fine sunny Italy? In 2008 Villa Serraglie completed. In this small vakantiekomplex are 18 apartments, most apartments are 2K. The three-bedroom apartment we offer you is the biggest of the complex, with 6 beds and fully equipped .... It is located on the second and last floor of the central portion. Our guests can of course use the pool and garden. There is also a satellite TV available and children can watch a DVD. We have more apartments in this complex and are also usually present themselves, so we like to meet you personally! When you arrive, there will already have a cold welcome drink in the fridge ready! Now if you would like to rent this apartment but it is already booked for that period, or you would like to rent two apartments we ask you to do but kontact to contact us. Welcome to Villa Serrraglie ...
The apartment is in the fraction Raffa, just after Manerba del Garda. The apartment is located in one of the most karateristieke areas along the west bank, 2 miles from the Rock of Manerba and right for the island of San Biagi. At 100 meters from the apartment you have a beautiful view of this piece paradijs.Vanaf the motorway (exit Desenzano del Garda) is the oneveer appartement.Het 15 km to the lake is within walking distance (ongveer 2 km) and there are many beaches in the neighborhood. This beautiful region is also known as the Valtenesi indicated an area that is very familiar with the many vineyards and olive trees. Here you can see a 5 minute walk through the beautiful hills past vineyards and olive fields. This region is also very good with the bike. Raffa The village is small and is one of the 5 fractions to Puegnago del Garda. This area includes all major wine producers of the region and you can then also Mr. complimentary wine tasting. Where is the apartment?
In the morphology of the large body of water divided into two parts. The northern part is narrow and lies between steep mountains, making it reminiscent of a Scandinavian fjord. The southern part extends into a broad basin where the peninsula of Sirmione inpriemt.Er are seven small islands in the lake: • Garda island, Isola di Garda, San Felice is • San Biagio, in the Manerba Rock • The island Trimelone at Cassone • In the near Malcesine Sogno and Olivo • And then there are the rocky islets Altare and Stella. High above the eastern shore is Mount Baldo with its peaks, Altissimo (2078 m), Pozzette (2218 m) and Telegrafo (2200 m). The steep limestone slopes to the lake in a succession of pastures, woods, rocks, hills and valleys, scars of landslides, cypresses, olive groves, vineyards and here and there a few houses and a few small dorpjes.De coast between Riva and Gargnano is of steep, sometimes straight out of the more towering rock formations high above the steep mountains high peaks of Pari (1991m), Carone (1621m), Denervo (1460m) and the Pizzardo (1582m). The steep mountains are intersected by a large number of narrow valleys, but the main valleys are: • The Valley of the Ledro, which runs Ponale Rivers, • The Toscolane valley, where the Valvestino flows, • The Valley of Sarca, in the extreme north of the lake at Arco, Riva and Torbole. The river Sarca with everything he carries with him flat land created. The lake south of the mountain walls looks totally different. There are no steep cliffs and flat along the shore or in the rock-hewn roads. Gargnano on the western side from the river bank, only the Rock of Manerba he is still a bit steep and high (218m). Lake Garda .... ideal holiday resort for Young and Old
Raffa is an ideal place for the best part of the lake to explore. On the west coast of Lake Garda, which runs from Desenzano to Salò are the most pebble beaches. Other parts of the lake have their mountainous surroundings often no beaches and are therefore less suitable for water sports (swimming, sailing, wind surfing, etc.) This environment offers you many opportunities to relax and eat for less. You can for less than 10 euros per person to eat a delicious pizza, and some agriturismes offer a complete menu for 10 euros. (For more details go to far the chapter Restaurants nearby) Raffa is also due to its location well suited to the rest of northern Italy once to visit Bergamo, beautiful city with many churches and historic buildings on ...... 60 km ..... Monza, beautiful city with the largest enclosed park in Europe and established the famous F1 Circuit is located 100 km .......... Milan, financial capital of Italy and its shopping center is also very worth at 95 ......... kmVenetie located about 130 km ......... Verona, Romeo and Julietta da state of light at 35 km ....... (Www.canevaworld.it) Sirmione, a peninsula in the extreme south of Lake Garda. This tourist attraction is built around the imposing castle of Rocca Verona. At the tip of the peninsula are still some Roman ruins. The town also has a small harbor, where numerous small, multicolored sloepjes moored with which a trip on the lake can make. There is a main street that leads to the highest point of Sirmione, Lake Garda from where one can behold. In the eastern part of Sirmione is a path along swirling sulfur springs voert.In Sirmione are two spa propositions, one is located at Le Grotte di Catullo on the tip of the peninsula, the other on the mainland.
What to do and see?
For quick guests who book before January 31 we now give an additional 5% discount ..... that's nice, is not it? (Not valid for peak season: July / August period)
No problem! .... We still have several apartments in the same complex. It is also possible that other inmates their apartment available to guests. It is in most cases more small 2 room apartment with 1 bedroom, living room with open kitchen and a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower and a balcony. These apartments are suitable for up to 4 people.

    Kurz:
    Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr freundlichen und stets bemühten Vermieter.
    Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (waren Anfang Juni 2017 dort und es war noch Vorsaison)
    Absolut zu empfehlen!

    Lang:
    Positiv:
    - gut gelegen um den ganzen Gardasee zu bereisen (wie wir es von hier gemacht haben)
    - ruhige Umgebung um das Grundstück herum aber auch innerhalb des Gebäudes
    - (besonders positiv) Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage - Auto steht sicher und kühl -> perfekt!
    - Gartenpool, der in der Woche quasi für uns alleine war, da die anderen Hausbehwohner Italiener waren und diese nur am WE dort residierten
    - umfangreiches Infomaterial vom Vermieter über Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, etc.
    - alles sauber & ausreichend ausgestattet (Stühle, Gartenstühle und Tisch, 2 Liegen am Pool)
    - sehr unkomplizierter und fairer Umgang mit dem Mieter durch den Vermieter sowohl bei der Buchung, der Reservierung/Anzahlung als auch bei der Übergabe am Ende, da gibt es kaum Verbesserungsmöglichkeit

    Neutral:
    - Klimaanlage war noch eine schnell improvisierte Notlösung (aber immerhin wurde das noch adhoc umgesetzt), soll aber jetzt eine fest installierte Variante noch kommen.
    Wurde aber nicht unbedingt behötigt (und auch nicht groß benutzt - zu Hause haben wir auch keine stehen), da trotz Dachgeschoss die Wohnung angenehm kühl blieb und auch nach mehreren Tagen Sommertemparaturen nicht stark aufheizte (haben nachts die Fenster auf gehabt und tagsüber die Außen-Fensterläden geschlossen gehabt, waren ja eh nicht in der Wohnung tagsüber
    - in der Küchenausstattung haben Müsli-Schalen gefehlt, was aber durch die großen Tassen kompensiert wurde die wir stattdessen dafür genommen haben :-D

    Leuk appartement, met in de tuin een prachtig zwembad. We misten in het huis een wasmachine en een airco. Omdat het een zolderappartement is en de kamer niet zo hoog, blijft de warmte lang binnen. s Nachts koelt het slecht af. Er zijn ventilators in de kamers. De weg die voor het appartement langsloopt is behoorlijk druk, waardoor je als je de ramen open hebt, geluidshinder ervaart. We waren tijdelijk met 7 personen. De eigenaar had een kampeerbed erbij gezet en we hebben de bedbank in de kamer gebruikt. De matras van deze bank is vrij dun. Het is fijn dat het meer op korte afstand is (kleine 2 km. met de auto) en dat je de auto vrij gemakkelijk bij het meer kunt parkeren. Veel leuke restaurants in de nabije omgeving en de Mc Donalds om de hoek voor een lekkere cappuccino.

    Goed verzorgde en nette appartement. Erg schone kamers en badkamer/wc. De eigenaar, Mark, is een zeer vriendelijke en aardige man en hij geeft goede tips over wat te doen is in de omgeving. Fijne en schone zwembad waar onze kinderen dagelijks gebruik van hebben gemaakt! Garage onder het complex, ideaal voor een koele auto. Wel veel verkeer door doorgaande weg, maar geen last van gehad. Zeker een aanrader!!
