The apartment is located in a residence overlooking Lake Garda.

All other apartments are owned by Italians.
The residence is completely enclosed by landscaping and you enter through an automatic gate with remote control.

The swimming pool is 10 x 20 meters and 1.40 deep, surrounded by the 13 apartments.
The swimming pool is open from the end of April to the end of September.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, shower, bath, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fully equipped kitchen.

There are two parking spaces that belong to the apartment in the communal parking lot.
There is also a garage with a charging point for electric cars. Max 4 kw.
For possible charging of the electric car, this should be discussed in connection with additional costs.

Since it is a quiet complex, the other residents must be taken into account and the house rules must be observed. (see board at pool due to times).

We are a family with three adult children.
We have been coming to Manerba since 2000 and it still does not get boring.

The village is a 5-minute walk away and Lake Garda is about a 20-minute walk away.
In the village you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bars, ice cream parlor, a few shops and the market on Fridays.

In the months of July and August there is a night market in Manerba on Tuesdays.

Manerba is located between Desenzano and Salo. With all nice little villages in between.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In principle, arrival on any day is possible, but this must be discussed in advance.

When you leave the apartment, you are expected to leave it clean, all cleaning products are provided.

If you cancel two weeks before arrival, 20% of the rental amount will be deducted.

NB! The swimming pool is closed for bookings in October.
