The accommodation (lower part of the house) is approximately 150m² and consists of three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, a second with bunk beds for three people and a third bedroom also with bunk beds for three people. There are also two bathrooms. A large bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and a sink. The small bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, extractor hood and a large fridge and freezer. The living room has two sofa beds, a television. There is also a large summer kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace. This kitchen has a large table for 12 people, a gas fire, oven, refrigerator / freezer and fireplace and washing machine.
The panoramic terrace (200m²) is partly covered (70m²) and offers a magnificent view of Lake Garda. The terrace has a large table for eight people and a small table with umbrella. Four sunbeds. Via a staircase we enter the lower garden (800m²) where children have the opportunity to play. A swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters has been installed in the lower garden. The property is completely closed (automatic gate) with ample parking for 5 cars. Pets are not allowed.Activities
