Casa Pianello de Lario

Beautiful holiday home with a large terrace and garden with a great view of Lake Como, 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 6). 5 minutes walk to the village of Pianello del Lario. The house is nicely decorated in a warm style. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed, one room with two single beds) and two bathrooms (with washing machine). The house has a large terrace with pergola and a garden. Thanks to its location, each room has a beautiful view of Lake Como. The house is part of a gated community of 12 houses. Our house is the last house, a little higher up the hill, which makes it very quiet. The garden is enclosed and a dog is allowed. There is a communal swimming pool (high and mid season).  From the garage (where we have 1 parking space) you can go directly to the house via an elevator. The house is in the village just 3 minutes from a supermarket and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are also many activities nearby, such as sailboat rental, motorboat rental, surf and kiteboard rental, e-bike rental, climbing park etc.  A 5 km hiking trail runs along the lake. There are many waterfront restaurants and five bars for a cappuccino or an evening drink, all within walking distance.
