Colorful 2 room apartment with balcony and beautiful view of the lake and mountains in the cozy village of Acquaseria. Includes covered parking at the building.
The open kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, kitchen utensils, kettle and coffee maker. Including WIFI, (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chrome TV, washing machine, ceiling and standing fan and central heating system.
In the living room there is a quality three-seater sofa bed that can be extended into a double bed of 180 cm wide. The bedroom has a folding bed of 140 cm wide. This is adjacent to the bathroom, equipped with a bath-shower combination, sink, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine.
Acquaseria is an authentic Italian village with 2 good restaurants, 2 bars, butcher, greengrocer, wine shop, 2 hairdressers and a vintage shop. The location is 4 km from the beautiful and lively town of Mennagio where the ferries depart to a.o. The golden triangle Bellagio and Varenna. For nature, hiking and cycling enthusiasts, there are plenty of opportunities, both along the lake and in the mountains.
From Nijmegen (NL), for example, the apartment is 930 km. Lugano on Lake Lugano (CH) and Comostad are a 45-minute drive away. Conveniently located are Milan Malpensa or Bergamo Orio al Serio airports. There are good bus connections from Acquaseria.
The property is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. We do not have fixed fixed arrival and departure days. The final cleaning is € 60 including duvets and pillows, excluding bed linen and towels.
