Terms and Conditions VILLA Dagobert
TERMS OF PAYMENT.
* Within 7 days after you have received confirmation of your reservation request, you must pay 50% of the total rental amount (excluding deposit and (final) cleaning) in advance. After we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
* At the latest 6 weeks before arrival you owe the remaining rental amount (including deposit and cleaning).
* If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, you immediately pay the entire rent (including deposit and (final) cleaning) to make the reservation final.
* Any damage during your stay or necessary extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. We check the apartment before your departure and refund the deposit immediately if everything is in order.

CANCELLATION COSTS
* If canceled up to 4 months before arrival, your deposit will be refunded.
* In case of cancellation between 4 months and no later than 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 40% of the rent (including deposit and (final) cleaning).
* In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rent (including deposit and (final) cleaning).
* Cancellation due to code orange due to corona can be canceled free of charge at any time.
During your stay in the holiday home, you as a tenant are fully liable for the rented holiday home, the furnishings and all matters that belong to the rented property. The owner accepts no responsibility in case of personal injury, loss, theft or damage suffered by the tenant including his company, however caused.
