In Casa Moia you are guaranteed relaxation and privacy and you are surrounded by a breathtaking panoramic view over Lake Iseo that can be admired from the spacious terrace (we are 100 meters above the water level). Use our handy electric awning and enjoy the outdoors with our extensive garden furniture and sunbeds and Weber barbecue.
Enjoy the beautiful views of Monte Isola, the largest island in a lake in Europe, and the smaller islands of Isola di Loreto and Isola di San Paolo. Casa Moia is part of a quiet complex of 12 houses, mainly used by Italians who use it as a holiday home themselves.
Make use of the free parking spaces and a private garage. The holiday home is luxuriously finished and the kitchen is fully equipped.

There is a private swimming pool which is shared with the other apartments. In practice, there are never many people on the complex, because most of the apartments belong to (older) Italians, who use it as a second home to stay (sometimes) the weekends. The swimming pool is in use from mid-May to (end) Sept.
In 2016 , there was a 'first-class' view of the world-famous artwork Floating Piers: that was a temporary artwork, on the water of Lake Iseo, by Christo, consisting of 70,000 square meters of yellow fabric, supported by a modular floating dock system of 226,000 high-density polyethylene cubes.
You can fly to our house at Bergamo Orio al Serio with, for example, Ryanair. The airport is only half an hour away (by car) from our house!
In the center of Tavernola you will find all basic amenities: bakeries, butcher, supermarkets, 3 bars, 4 restaurants, hairdressers, doctor, pharmacy and 'tabacco'. The center and the nearest beach are less than a 5-minute drive from our place.
Shopping and visiting cities, it's all within reach. Franciacorta Outlet Center (20km) has 140 shops with the most famous brands and real outlet prices. The indoor shopping center Elnoss near Brescia is also superb, hundreds of shops, a 45-minute drive away. As well as Orio Center; 200 indoor shops in Bergamo. Free parking.

SAFETY
- A very extensive first aid kit is available. In accordance with Italian rental regulations, 6-litre foam extinguishers with a 34A/233B fire rating and fire blanket are provided.
- We have ELRO FS(*CONTENT HIDDEN*) smoke detectors that comply with NEN-EN 14604.
- We have an Alecto COA3910 Carbon monoxide detector in house (EN50291-1:2018 standard).
- We also have a Nedis gas detector in-house (NEN-EN 14604:2005/C1:2008 certification).
⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️
- Our house is not suitable for disabled people and is not equipped for babies/toddlers/preschoolers.
- You reach the house via a staircase down (4x 8 'lazy' steps) and the house itself has two floors that you reach via an internal lazy staircase of 10 steps, so if you have difficulty walking, that may not be pleasant.
- The road to our house is 600 meters long and on average 15% steep. It is a well-paved road where passing is easy (but, people who are afraid to drive up a hill should not book).
