Our completely renovated corner apartment P15 is located less than 20 meters from the lake on the first floor of the Palazzo the main building and has a direct view of the lake.
You reach the apartment with elevator or stairs and is spacious over 60 m2, for up to 6 people.
Nowhere can you enjoy more than sitting on your balcony enjoying the beautiful view with a view of the lake and the mountains and the cozy village of Porlezza with a range of shops, cafes, supermarket and ice cream parlors within a 2-5 minute walk.
There is a frequent bus service to Lugano and Como in less than 25 minutes. This bus service also offers great day trips to the vibrant nightlife of Lugano and romantic villas and gardens, restaurants and seaside resorts on Lake Como.
The beautiful Lago di Piano Nature Reserve is a great place for hiking, cycling, horseback riding. Fishing, sailing and boat rental is also available.
On the wide balcony are 2 electrically operated awnings. Outdoor table with 6 chairs, sunbeds and tumble sun chairs for optimal enjoyment with direct views of the lake.
