Apartment
For rent directly from the (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)ly on Lake Lugano. The 3 room apartment P12 at the holiday complex Porto Letizia Porlezza. The furnished apartment is located in the main building and has a beautiful view over Lake Lugano and the mountains.

The apartment is located in the residence on the first floor which you can reach on foot or by elevator. It has a spacious balcony with a table, chairs and sunbeds where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. Partitions between the balconies provide privacy.

Arrangement
The apartment has both air conditioning and heating. There are 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a large double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave and electric 4 burner hob. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a jacuzzi bath, toilet and bidet. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player. There is also a sofa bed that can be pulled out into a full double bed.

Child-friendly
We offer a beautiful, perfect environment to 'get away from it all' and relax, with or without the children. The fun entertainment team takes care of the children from 2 to 16 years old. In the apartments and the villa, the children can enjoy themselves with duplo, color and children's books, children's DVDs and much more.

Porto Letizia offers the ideal facilities for a family with children of all ages. The park is spacious and offers many opportunities for relaxation. There is a children's playground, and hiking and cycling trails. Facilities include a helpful reception, a jewellery shop, a shop selling women's and children's clothing, a hairdressing salon, a launderette and an Internet café. The residence is located on Lake Lugano with a lovely lido, sandy beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas. On the beach (lido) you will find the cozy stylish Panama Beach bar and there are sanitary facilities. Under the apartment building, (Palazzo) on the lake is the nice bar Panama. The terrace of this bar is a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or just an aperitif. Next to Panama bar is restaurant Osteria del Porto. Here you can eat delicious food for a reasonable price or pick up a tasty pizza. The holiday park offers ample parking. For your daily shopping you can go to the well-stocked supermarket 200 meters away.

Nature
The beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity invites you to go hiking, cycling or horseback riding; Lake Lugano offers many opportunities for water sports and you can hit a ball on the tennis court which is five minutes from Porto Letizia.

Porlezza summer and winter
The picturesque town of Porlezza has about 5000 inhabitants. The boulevard of Porlezza is located on Lake Lugano with many cozy terraces and affordable restaurants. In high season, the center of Porlezza often organizes something, such as live music evenings, fireworks, boat shows and rallies. Every Saturday there is a lively market along the lake in Porlezza. There are also a number of nice discotheques for the youth. In addition, wine tastings are held and you can take beautiful boat trips.

Golf
In the immediate vicinity of Porto Letizia you will find two beautiful, full-fledged 18-hole golf courses (Menaggio and Cadenabbia). The golf courses have a driving range, a clubhouse and a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Trips
From the residence you can undertake a range of fun trips in the versatile surroundings of Lake Lugano. The friendly reception of Porto Letizia will be happy to provide you with all the possibilities. Take a boat trip across the lake to one of the picturesque towns. The beautiful nature also guarantees a lot of holiday fun. Hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy themselves here. And how about a visit to the fashionable city of Milan, just an hour by car. Beautiful Lugano with its luxury shops is 10 minutes drive away and Como 30 minutes.

Ski
Porlezza borders Switzerland, so winter sports resorts such as St Moritz (Switzerland) and Madesimo (Italy) can be reached in an hour. It's all possible from the Porto Letizia residence!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Included in costs:

Cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
