Sun, beach, nature and delicious Italian cuisine within easy reach.
The apartment (approx. 60m2) is located on the beautifully landscaped park Porto Letizia in Porlezza, 1 minute walk from the beach of Lake Lugano and surrounded by mountains. Really enjoy! The apartment is fully equipped and suitable for 1- 5 adults. There is ample parking in front of the door in the public parking lot. 

In addition to the perfect location, the apartment also has a nice balcony with a lovely lounge sofa, which you can walk up from the living room and the adjacent kitchen through the patio doors. You look out over a super nice, quiet courtyard garden and the mountains. There is also a table with chairs for a delicious cup of coffee. On the other side, the apartment also has a small balcony which overlooks the parking lot and the mountains. 

Layout apartment
Completely renovated kitchen in 2025: Completely renovated in 2025 and has an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. There are 2 patio doors to the balcony where there is a lounge sofa.

The living room: In the living room there is a nice sofa, an armchair, a dining table with chairs, dresser with flat screen HD TV. Here are 2 patio doors to the balcony where there is a table with chairs.

Bedroom 1: Here is a comfortable bed of 1.80 x 2.00. There is enough space in the closet to store your clothes. There are patio doors leading to a small balcony. 

Bedroom 2: Here is a bunk bed with beds of 90 x 2.00 and a bed of 90 x 2.00. Here too there is closet space for clothes and a large window.

Completely renovated bathroom in 2025: The bathroom was renovated in 2025. There is a shower, bathroom furniture, toilet and a standing washing machine. 

Free WiFi : There is unlimited and free use of WIFI. The login details are in the apartment 

The Palazzo with reception
In the main building, the Palazzo, is the central reception. Upon arrival, you can report there and pick up the key.
Here you can also go for questions about the apartment and for questions about activities in the area or if you want help with booking such an activity. They are also happy to tell you about the (free) use of bicycles, renting a boat, the walking and mtb routes and excursions.

In the Palazzo there is an ice cream parlour, a wellness / massage and a hairdresser. There is also a very good restaurant and Bar Panama, both with a large terrace on Lake Lugano. Panama is open all day, you can also have breakfast and lunch there. The restaurant is open from noon. The locals like to come there, which makes a nice mix between the guests of Porto Letizia and the inhabitants of Porlezza.

What else is there
There is also a public park and a children's playground on site. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The sandy beach is only 100 meters away and has a beach bar, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. Renting (water) bicycles or a boat is also possible there. 

The nature around Porlezza is beautiful. You can enjoy fantastic walking and cycling (electric mountain bikes can be rented in the village) and of course enjoy the real Italian cuisine. Because of the pleasant climate, this is possible from early spring until well into autumn.

Porlezza itself is a quiet and small authentic Italian village, with a promenade, a few shops and several restaurants. It is located about 80 kilometers above Milan.

For the golf enthusiast, there are several 9- and 18-hole golf courses in the immediate vicinity, including Menaggio, Lanzo di Intelvi, Lugano and Como. Ski enthusiasts will get their money's worth in the winter sports resorts such as St. Moritz (Switzerland) and Madesimo (Italy).

Swimming pool: Opposite the complex is a swimming pool. This is also covered for cooler days. Furthermore, it is of course wonderful to swim in the lake.

With the Alps in your back overlooking the lake, it is wonderful to stay in Italian atmospheres.
