Completely restored water mill, at the foot of the imposing Brenta Dolomites, is entirely at your disposal. In the middle of nature, you can use the summer and winter sports facilities in the vicinity, approximately 20 km. of Lake Garda. The house is an old water mill that has been completely renovated. The house consists of two floors of 90m2 each with central heating. The ground floor consists of a spacious hall, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet. The 1st floor consists of a large living room with open kitchen and a wood stove and an extra bedroom and a 2nd toilet. The kitchen is luxuriously furnished with double cooking options, a gas stove and a wood stove for the adventurous chef.

We, Tineke, Martine, Taco and William, have been the proud owners of this house since 2006 and we have rented out "La Bella Vita" many times. Peace seekers, motorcyclists, walkers, cyclists, skiers, they have all been there in La Bella Vita." The tranquility of the walled garden, the proximity to bicycle and walking routes make your stay a well-deserved holiday. Pets are also welcome in this robust home.

Explanation of prices

The rent of the house includes gas, fireplace, wood and electricity
Final cleaning required at € 75.00 Leave the amount for the cleaning in the house. A deposit of € 150.00 must be paid in advance. The deposit will be refunded the week after your stay, minus any deductions for ordered sandwiches, costs/damages incurred.
Bed linen at 9 euros per person is mandatory.

Cycling routes from the house, walking outside the gate. To Andalo for winter and summer. Culinary enjoyment. New, within walking distance of the house, a practice climbing wall under supervision on the ropes. Delicious wines and olive oil and of course the cuisine of Trentino.
