'WOW WOW WOW' is what we have already said here 1000 times! It's that beautiful here. 
Do you want to taste the real life of a piece of authentic Italy? Then you've come to the right place!
The house is within walking distance of the medieval mountain village of San Giovanni a Piro with cozy restaurants and bars. San Giovanni borders the national park of Cilento which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The house is equipped for 4 people, possibly. An extra person on the sofa bed in the living room.
Very quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with friendly and cozy Italian neighbors.
Fantastic view over the bay of Policastro with its many beaches and beach bars.
In the olive grove (8000 m2) with ancient trees it is wonderful to stay and enjoy the endless surrounding nature. 
The beaches can be quite busy in August, but the large private pool with the sunbeds also makes it wonderful to just be here and cool off.  So luxury at its best!
Directly in the area it is beautiful walking through the forest with breathtaking sea views and the most beautiful jogging track in Europe! (they say.....) 

The house is fully equipped such as a modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, internet/WIFI, ceiling fans and spacious terraces all around such as a beautiful roof terrace where you can admire the magical (falling) starry sky!
There is also a large collection of books.
Free use of bath towels, towels, bed linen, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and of course our delicious organic olive oil!!
Layout ground floor: living room with sofa bed (1 pers.) open kitchen with dishwasher,  storage room with washing machine, 1 bedroom with new 2x 1-person box springs and adjoining bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
Layout upper floor: 1 bedroom with twin bed, adjoining large bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. Large terrace with sun and shade with seating and stairs to a 2nd great roof terrace overlooking the bay and the giant mountain Monte Bulgharia where you can take a nature walk under the guidance of a guide.

The house is absolutely not suitable for small children!
Partly due to the swimming pool with the steep terraces and deep abyss, the accommodation is not suitable for small children and disabled people.
The area is beautiful to explore, both on foot and by rental car. Small cute mountain villages are scattered here and there as if time has stood still.
