Around the villa is a large beautifully landscaped garden that is completely private. A large lawn offers the opportunity to play games or sunbathe. The olive trees provide shade to linger in the shade. Around the house there are several terraces where you can read, eat or sunbathe. From the kitchen overlooking the sea, you can have breakfast at a large table. The living room has sliding glass doors that give you direct access to a terrace with lounge sofas. Right next to the pool you have a third terrace, this terrace is raised, allowing you to enjoy the views even better, here you can also dine and sunbathe. From all outdoor spaces, you can experience an unforgettable sunrise in total privacy.
In the garden there is a natural swimming pool of 13 by 8 meters. The pool has salt water and is made of a natural material so that it fits very harmoniously into the environment. The pool is beautifully lit in the evening, creating a romantic evening atmosphere. Next to the pool is the outdoor shower and under the pool you have an extra toilet and shower. The pool is carefully maintained. Professional pool service is offered on alternating days, the days will be communicated with you before then.
The villa is more than 100 years old and consisted of three workers' houses that we built together. There is a spacious kitchen with all the necessities for extensive cooking. The dining area is perfect for long lunches and dinners. A living room with comfortable chairs and a sofa, a modern TV with all channels. Natural light, comfortable furniture create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. On cold days, the fireplace can be used. The house is tastefully decorated in natural colors, again matching the environment.
In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. This bathroom also has a shower, toilet and sink. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning if necessary.
The old villa is located on a borg with several houses. Our villa is outside and has a completely unobstructed view. You can park your car on private property within our gate. There is room for two cars.
From our villa it is a short 10-minute drive to the sea. At the beach you always have enough space to park your car. You can also walk to the sea. This is more than half an hour's walk through the landscape. If you want beds and frolics by the sea, we can arrange this for you at a reduced rate. But it is never busy and you always have enough space to park your car. In the village of Santa Caterina there are several shops and two supermarkets. In addition, there are several bars and restaurants. In the high season, there are many seaside establishments to eat. These are closed out of season.
A full linen change and full maid service are included once a week. Any additional services can be provided at an additional cost.
The villa is ideal for two couples, or a family looking for a private luxury retreat where space, nature and sea views come together.
Guest access. The property offers a private and exclusive access reserved for guests only. A first automatic gate leads to a secure private borgo, followed by a second automatic gate giving direct access to the villa's private parking space.
Guests are kindly asked to treat the accommodation, furniture and all equipment with care and respect. It is also asked to take the environment into account. Parties and loud music are not allowed.
