In 2002 we got to know the region and were charmed by its authenticity, undulating interior with vineyards, olive trees, picturesque villages and friendly people. We enjoyed the beautiful coast with deserted bays, islands and coastal towns. We have renovated the apartment while retaining its character, but with all comfort. With our 4 children we have already enjoyed intensively here, have fun and we want to share this with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The costs for electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and the like are included in the rent.
The costs of the final cleaning, bed linen and towel package are included in the rental price if the rental period is 5 days or more.

Terms of payment:
a) Within 7 days after receipt of our confirmation of your reservation request, you must pay 30% of the total rent. Your reservation is only final after we have received your down payment.
b) You owe the remainder no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Deposit:
When booking, a deposit of 150 € must also be paid.

Cancellation costs:
* In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 50% of the rent.
* If canceled up to 45 days before arrival date, they amount to 80% of the rent.
* After that 100% of the rent.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

From the resort, you have panoramic views over the Tyrrhenian sea and the Aeolian Islands. On a clear day you have a nice view of the volcanic island of Stromboli. From the terrace of the apartment you can enjoy the sea view and witness a breathtaking sunset.

It is the ideal holiday resort for families and romantic couples. It is located at an altitude of 200 m, on top of one of the hills around Parghelia, with a stunning view over the historic city "Tropea"(3 km) with its new marina. And the beaches a few minutes away.

The holiday village offers the best of both worlds. It is an oasis of tranquility amidst beautiful flowers, plants and palm trees with singing birds. And on the other hand you are only minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and bustle in the streets and the squares of Tropea.

The complex has all the facilities you need, including a beautiful swimming pool(May-September) that seems to float in the air, jacuzzi, children's pool, sun loungers and parasols, showers, changing rooms and toilets.

There is also a cozy bar where you can sit and enjoy a refreshing drink while you can enjoy amazing views. Also, Italian coffee, cappuccino, cold/hot snacks and ice cream are available. Bar open: july-august. (temporarily closed !)

Not more than 3km away, one can find the majestic historic town of Tropea with its brand new marina and its azure blue waters and pearly white beaches. It's not for nothing that it is called the "Pearl of Calabria".

It is one of the most popular holiday destinations of Calabria. It is located on the "Coast of Gods" (La Costa degli Dei) is one of the most beautiful coasts of Europe.

The city is situated on a 50 m high rock at the edge of the sea between the Gulf of St. Eufemia and Gioia Tauro. It is one of the most artistic and picturesque towns of Calabria.

From the sea the view on Tropea is breathtaking: a white sandy beach, above which rise perpendicular cliffs, and then blend seamlessly into the walls of the old palaces.

The church of Santa Maria dell 'Isola', located on a rock in the sea, is the most characteristic building of Tropea. It is one of the Middle Ages dating Benedictine sanctuary
The best testimony of the past is the 11th century cathedral in Romanesque-Norman style. The colonnade that connects to the wall, connects the church with the bishop's palace. Also worthwhile are the churches' San Francesco 'and' Santa Maria della Neve "

At the foot of the rock lies along both sides a beautiful white sand beach that is accessible by stairs. On the right hand side you can find the brand new marina.
