Really enjoy the real and authentic Italian life! Casa Pantano is located just outside the historical center of Maratea in a beautiful and peaceful place. The house was built in 2006 and sits on a plot of 5000m2 with 72 olive trees. The house offers 100% privacy and overlooks the mountains. The area lends itself perfectly for walks, trips and a beach. The beautiful beaches are 15 minutes away. The house can accommodate four people.
You enter into the large living-dining room with fireplace. The kitchen features a large 6 burner gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. Above the living-dining area is a void which is accessible by a staircase. On the mezzanine is a sofa bed for two people.
Furthermore, the house has two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a cot available. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Outside is a large covered terrace with table and chairs, a lounge and sun beds. The terrace is an extension of the comfortable home.
