The villa welcomes you with a bright and spacious living room, where you can enjoy a comfortable sitting and dining area and a modern kitchen with all amenities. The living room is decorated with soothing colors and has large sliding glass doors that you can open to access the pool and outdoor area. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool, the gardens and the olive trees behind the villa. A corridor with narrow windows that provide soft light connects the living room with the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a sleek and modern design, with glass doors leading directly to the pool. For your privacy you can use the electric sun blinds built into the windows and doors. There is plenty of storage space and a concrete bench that can also be used as a dressing table. The bathroom has a spacious rain shower and a round sink.

The second bedroom has two beds, which can be made up as a double bed or as twin beds. The elongated window lets in a lot of natural light and also has electric blinds. Next to the bedroom there is a separate bathroom, with a large rain shower and a square sink.

Surrounded by traditional tuff walls and olive trees, the villa also has young fruit trees and a herb garden. You can eat outside under the pergola or at the barbecue area, where there is a round table. There are also cozy sitting areas where you can relax and read.
