A complete kitchen with induction, ovens and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine, kettle and two percolators
Bedroom 1 is nice and spacious and has its own air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 has a French bed (120x200) and is suitable for 1 adult person or 2 children. This room is also equipped with its own air conditioning.

Under the two verandas there are many seating areas and large tables to relax
In the evening it is wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the absolute silence. Our house is located on a private road so there is no nuisance from passers-by.

The authentic lamia (Italian country house) is located at the beginning of the orchard. We will restore this at a later time
