Space and comfort
A completely spacious apartment on the first floor, accessible by stairs, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, guarantees you a stay in maximum comfort.
The space
The living area consists of a large living room with balcony, TV and stereo system manageable by application; a kitchen diner complete with everything you need (TV, gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, food processor, coffee pod machine, American coffee and mocha machine, kettle, spices and essential cooking supplies); a utility room with washing machine and clothesline, vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
A setting much appreciated by guests is the study, a truly multifunctional space: two desk stations make it perfect for those who work or study remotely, while the in-room exercise bike allows you to keep fit even during the holidays. The living area has a small bathroom with shower (70x100 cm).
The sleeping area consists of four rooms:
- Double bedroom "IRIS" (bed size 160x190 cm) with balcony;
- "PINK" room with French bed (dimensions 140x200 cm);
- Single room "MENTA" with large balcony shared with the "IRIS";
- Single room "ARGENTO" with queen-size bed (dimensions 120x190 cm).
On request, a wooden cot with sides for children from 0 to 5 years, a high chair and a baby shower bath are available.
Complete with a large bathroom with shower (80x130 cm) equipped with everything you need for your daily well-being.
Air conditioning is available at the entrance of both rooms, with 2 powerful splits (not in individual rooms).
Green and relaxed
Outside you will find an inviting garden decorated with a wide variety of flowers and plants and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a table for 6 people, a table tennis table and plenty of space for activities on the lawn, badminton, yoga and meditation.
Your days will be refreshed by a swimming pool (dimensions 730x400 cm, depth 120 cm), semi-heated with a solar panel and equipped with a garden shower and a minibar.
You will share this little corner of paradise with Zoe, our affectionate and sociable dog, always ready to give cuddles. We don't accept other animals, not out of lack of love, but because Zoe... is a little jealous.
Guest access
Guests can make use of the private parking in front of the property, as well as a large public car park. An electric charging service is also available. The property consists of 2 independent apartments. The entrance to the property and the outdoor areas of the property are shared with us who live on the ground floor, the access stairs to the apartment are independent.
Other things to keep in mind
Osy Casa Vacanze is an oasis located in a quiet urban center with little car traffic, 7 km from the sea and a short distance from mountain resorts such as Gran Sasso, Campo Imperatore, Monti Gemelli, Prati di Tivo, etc. In the immediate vicinity, Campli, with the beautiful Scala Santa, Civitella del Tronto, with its majestic fortress, Ascoli Piceno with its medieval wonders are worth a visit. Within a radius of a few hundred meters you can use:
bus stop, pharmacy, supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist-bar, restaurants, bistro, takeaway pizzeria; An important shopping centre is 5 km away.
Also very close is a cycle path that leads to Abruzzo's famous coastal cycle path.
