Casa delle Rose is a spacious comfortable holiday home. The living area is located on the 1st floor. The house is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people. The house is ideal for relaxing. The house was (partially) renovated in 2020/2021 and completely redecorated. The house is nice and cool in the summer to keep through the shutters. Property is fully equipped with mosquito nets.
On one of the two balconies or on the terrace in the garden you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine with a view of the Gran Sasso mountains. From the street you can see the sea on a clear day.
The property is set on a plot of approx. 4500 m2, with a generous garden and olive grove. Come in October and help harvest the olives! Enjoy the many fruits that grow on the different fruit trees. A place where you can leave the door open all week.
From the house you can quickly reach the beach (35 minutes) and/or mountains (40 minutes). But a day of shopping is also certainly possible. From the house there are beautiful walks or bike rides to make.
The nearby village of Cermignano is a cozy village with bars, restaurants and shops with all basic amenities. Larger pitches are about 10 minutes away by car. Other nice picturesque places are around Cermignano.
- Pescara airport is a 60-minute drive away.
- Ancona airport is a 1 hour and 40 minute drive.
- Rome Airport (Ciampino) is a 2-hour drive away.
N.B. (based on a number of questions we often get):
- Towels and bed linen are included (beach towels are not)
- The pool is an Intex Above Ground Pool (dimensions 9.75 X 4.88 X 1.32M)
- Private pool available in the period mid-May - September
- Property and entire plot are completely private during the stay
- The house is located on a cul-de-sac with only local traffic-Location is less suitable for very young children; This is possible, but supervision is a requirement
Finally started the renovation!
After a permit process of no less than three years, we started renovating the ground floor at the beginning of December 2025. This major renovation ensures that the house will soon be completely ready for the future.
From this summer you can enjoy a brand new kitchen and a completely renovated bathroom. This is also the reason that the house is not yet available for rent earlier this year – we want to make everything perfect first.
