Casa delle Rose is a spacious, comfortable holiday home. The living area is located on the 1st floor. The house is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people. The house is ideal for relaxing. The house was (partially) renovated and completely redecorated in 2020/2021. Entire house is nice and cool in the summer to keep by the shutters. The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets.

On one of the two balconies or on the terrace in the garden you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine with a view of the Gran Sasso mountains. From the street you can see the sea on a clear day.

The house is located on a plot of approx. 4500 m2, with spacious garden and olive grove. Come in October and help harvest the olives! Enjoy the many fruits that grow on the various fruit trees. A place where you can leave the door open all week.

From the house you can quickly reach the beach (35 minutes) and/or mountains (40 minutes). But a day of shopping is also possible. From the house there are beautiful walks or bike rides to make.

The nearby village of Cermignano is a pleasant village with bars, restaurants and shops with all basic amenities. Within walking distance is a small Bar (open from Thu to Sat). Larger towns are about 10 minutes away by car. Other nice picturesque places are around Cermignano.

Pescara airport is a 60-minute drive away.
Ancona airport is a 1 hour and 40 minute drive away.
Rome Airport (Ciampino) is a 2-hour drive away.

We are Dennis & Samantha, we live in the Netherlands with our two children. If possible, we can be found in Italy because of the climate and the Italian culture / atmosphere.
