Casa Tulipani is a villa with an upstairs and downstairs apartment with a shaded portico, several terraces and a swimming pool. Large private grounds surrounded by private olive groves. All sides of the villa are completely free with complete privacy and unobstructed views of the fabulous countryside overlooking the Gran Sasso (3000m.) on a cul-de-sac country road. The downstairs apartment with 3 bedrooms with 7 bedrooms is rented when the owner who lives upstairs is basically absent, ideal for one or two families.
In the middle of an old olive grove with 120 trees that are 300 years old. With half an hour's drive you are at one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea in the seaside resort of Pineto with pine trees down to the beach, with delicious eateries that are cheap and are located directly on the beach or under the pine trees if it is too hot.
Half an hour's drive to the plateau of the Campo Imperatore with wild horses, flocks of sheep, wolves and bears. The most beautiful mountain villages that have been filmed by Anton Corbijn in his film "The American" with the unique mountain villages of Farindola, Castel del Monte and San Stefano di Sessanio. Fifteen minutes away is a supermarket and the very authentic village of Castiglione Messer Raimondo with all amenities. The farm of our neighbors, an Italian farming family, and a large house of Englishmen are located higher up. Below you are two wooden chalets also at a distance. The silence here is almost complete, bird sounds and the occasional tractor.
An Italian couple, Luigi and Gabriella, take care of the downstairs apartment. The outdoor activities, swimming pool, garden, olive grove are kept in order by Luigi. The pool is cleaned every two days. All linen, duvets and towels are provided.
