Villa Tulipani 1 private pool

Casa Tulipani is a large house with swimming pool and three apartments, each with its own entrance. Large private grounds surrounded by private olive groves. Two of them are rented out when the owner himself is in principle absent, ideal for more families.

Downstairs apartment with 7 beds, the upstairs apartment with four beds. The upstairs apartment is only rented in combination with the downstairs apartment, so there is always complete privacy. Located in a fabulous landscape on a cul-de-sac with stunning views of the Gran Sasso (3000m.). In the middle of an old olive grove with 120 trees of 300 years old. With half an hour's drive you are at one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic in the seaside resort of Pineto with pine trees right down to the beach, with delicious eateries that are cheap and are located directly on the beach or under the pine trees if it is too hot.

Half an hour's drive to the plateau of the Campo Imperatore with wild horses, flocks of sheep, wolves and bears. The most beautiful mountain villages that have been filmed by Anton Corbijn in his film "The American" with the unique mountain villages of  Farindola, Castel del Monte and San Stefano di Sessanio. Fifteen minutes away is a supermarket and the very authentic village of Castiglione Messer Raimondo with all amenities. The farm of our neighbors, an Italian peasant family, and a large house of Englishmen are higher up at a great distance. Below you are two wooden chalets also at a distance. The silence here is almost complete, bird sounds and the occasional tractor.

An Italian couple, Luigi and Gabriella, take care of the two self-contained apartments, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. The outdoor area, swimming pool, garden, olive grove is kept in order by Luigi. The pool is cleaned every two days. All linen, duvets and towels are provided.
