This luxury villa features four bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, one of which has a large bathtub. Three bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and mosquito nets, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have well-functioning air conditioning, but thanks to their location on the Bali Sea, a gentle sea breeze ensures a pleasant temperature.
This well-maintained holiday villa, with accompanying garden and swimming pool, is located on a private plot of 1600 m² and is not shared with other tenants. Villa Agus Mas is fully furnished; Pool towels, pool towels and bed linen are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge, chilled water tank, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter/bean coffee maker, rice cooker and blender.
In the bookcase in the living room you will find books about Indonesia, travel guides and novels in different languages, as well as games for young and old. The villa has an LCD flat screen television with USB connection and cable TV with international and children's channels. On the terrace there is a Sonos audio system that allows you to stream your own music via Spotify or other music services. FREE WIFI with fast fiber optic internet (75 Mb) is also available, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
We offer all our guests a free welcome dinner on the day of arrival for stays of 3 nights or more! The living room has wide patio doors that can be opened completely. On the covered terrace there is a dining table with 8 chairs, a comfortable seating area and two cooling fans. You can also use two SONOS PLAY1s for your favorite streaming music.
In the living room there are two large sofas, also called 'day-beds', where you can watch television.
The garden, with an area of 1600 m², has a large private swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, depth from 1.20 to 2.20 meters). Around the pool there are sunbeds with umbrellas. In the garden you will find tall palm trees, fruit trees, frangipani in all kinds of colors and some statues. The garden and pool offer complete privacy. Ask the gardener for a fresh coconut from the garden to enjoy! He climbs the palm trees effortlessly. The lawn is perfect for a game of football or badminton, and for those who mainly want to relax: the Bale Benong (Gazebo), a small house that is open on all sides and is located directly on the beach, offers a wonderful place.
In the morning, you can watch the local fishermen in their brightly colored boats with their catch of the day (which you can buy on the spot and have prepared by our housekeeper). In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. As a guest, you have private staff at your disposal. There is a night security guard, a gardener/pool attendant, a freelance driver and two housekeepers who are also great cooks and can prepare both Indonesian and Western dishes. The staff has a good sense of humor and will do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable.
