On the east coast of Bali, away from all the hustle and bustle in a still authentic part of Bali, lies the town of Jasri. Near the sea, we have our lovely little luxury private villa for rent, which is tastefully and luxuriously furnished by us (Bali Styling).
The villa has a lot of privacy, is built with care and beautiful materials and has 2 bedrooms (for up to 4 people).

You rent the entire villa including the service of our housekeeper Komang who can also cook delicious meals for you. You will be pampered and do not have to do anything. Komang makes the beds, she makes sure that everything is washed/ironed 2x a week (more often is possible for a small fee), makes sure that everything is kept clean, does the dishes and even prepares breakfast for you if you want.
In addition, she can also prepare your dinner and/or groceries where a nice tip is greatly appreciated. Of course, all costs of groceries & transport for breakfast/dinner are at your own expense.

The villa is equipped with:

Transport/welcome basket
Our house manager Wayan Mudra, can pick you up at the airport for 550,000 IDR, he is also a guide and can make beautiful trips with you. He can also arrange a welcome basket for you for 500,000 IDR, which is about 30, - for 2 people. The welcome basket contains: coffee/tea/sugar/bread/eggs/jam/beer/cola/chips & fruit. We would like to hear from you when you book whether you want to use the pick-up service and/or welcome basket.

Location
The villa is located in Jasri 1, this is a park of 24 houses/villas. Located just 200 meters from the sea and black lava beach where you can also surf in the waves. Here you can find a real unspoiled part of Bali with beautiful views of bays with palm trees and you can see the fishermen coming in and out of the water with their boats. There are a few small warungs here and in good weather you can see Lombok. Many beautiful colorful ceremonies are also held here.

The villa is located just under 15 min. drive outside the holiday town of Candidasa with its shops and many restaurants. You can easily go here with the bemo or with Wayan.

Just 10 min. drive away is the beautiful idyllic bay with white sandy beach; Virgin beach/Pasir putih, where if you are lucky you can see the dolphins! See the photos.. Accessible by scooter/car or cheaply with the bemo. This beautiful beach is really in the top 3 of Bali's most beautiful beaches! Here you get a sunbed for free if you order a delicious lunch at one of the good warungs.

To the nice Ubud it is about an hour and a half drive by car and also to Sanur.
The distance to the airport is about 60 kilometers, the drive takes about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Sights
In the immediate vicinity you will find the historic village of Tenganan (known for the double Ikat). Candidasa with its shops and good restaurants. Amlapura is the capital with its lively weekly market, the extensive supermarket and the royal palace. Also close by: Lempuyang temple, Ujung water palace and the Tirtaganga Water Palace.

There are many snorkeling and diving opportunities in the area.

In the vicinity you will also find the diving paradise Amed (45 min. drive), the Besakih temple, Mount Agung, Mount Batur, Padang Bai (30 min. drive) with the Blue Lagoon and where the ferries go to Lombok and the Gilli's.
And for the rest, right around us is the real beautiful bali! With the beautiful nature, the rice fields, palm trees, rivers, mountains, ceremonies and tranquility.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is based on a stay of 1 or 2 people. If you want to stay with 3 and/or 4 people, this is possible with a surcharge of 10,- p.p.p.n. for the 3rd and/or 4th person
Additional costs: final cleaning of 25 euros and excluding tourist tax of 5 euros per day for the house, you will have to pay this on the spot.

The price of the villa includes the housekeeping service of Komang. She can also cook delicious meals for you, but of course you have to pay the groceries and a small contribution for her services. A nice tip for every time she cooks is also appreciated!
Also present: lovely white cotton linen on the beds with down pillows, large thick white towels in the bathroom and fine beach towels. There is also a hair dryer, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, drinking water, etc. A wonderfully luxurious & private stay guaranteed!

Additional information regarding rental rates: The price includes: Rent from the house, use fine cotton linen, luxurious large thick towels and beach towels, 1 x large gallon of drinking water. As standard, all linen and towels are changed twice a week. Our housekeeper Komang is available 6 days a week between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. In the morning she ensures that she can make you breakfast, the house is cleaned, the beds are made, etc.
In the afternoon she can further assist you by doing shopping, cooking for you or taking your laundry to the laundry, for a fee in the form of a nice tip. Of course you do not have to use her services in the afternoon, that is up to you. If you would like to have your linen or personal items washed more often, this is of course possible for a fee.
30% of the total amount must be paid within 1 week after booking. Remaining payment of 70% no later than 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation: up to 60 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount returned, between 60-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount returned, between 30-21 days before arrival: 25% return, no refund within 21 days before arrival possible.

An additional €25.00 will be charged for final cleaning. Tourist tax is €5.00 per day for the house. So whether you are alone or with four people, the costs are €5.00 per day. You must pay this locally in Rupiah.

You can also book a welcome package, which includes coffee, tea, eggs, bread, butter, jam, salt/pepper, orange juice, beer, cola, chips. The costs of this are; in IDR 400,000/euro; 25.00
A deposit of Euro will be requested on site; 100, which will be refunded to you upon departure after an inspection of the inventory has taken place.
Meals: Komang will prepare breakfast and/or Balinese dinner for you in consultation. Naturally, the price of the food depends on the groceries and menu choice (guideline approx. euros; 8.00 per person per day). You can get the groceries yourself or have Komang do this, you must pay for this yourself in local currency.
A car and/or scooter is recommended, scooter approx. euros; 3.50/5.00 per day (note these are motorcycles!! You must have a motorcycle license due to Dutch insurance. You can also use the services of local bemo. For day trips we recommend our driver Wayan Mudra. He has been our reliable house manager, driver and guide for years, he drives carefully and speaks good English. He can always assist you if necessary. You can use his services; he counts on this for picking up and delivering to and from the airport moment 500,000 Rupiah (approx. € 30,- one way), which is cheaper than taking a taxi. For tours around the island you have to count between euros; 35,- and euros; 50,- per day: Everything is included (with the exception of entrance fees) and because Wayan is a guide, he can also guide you and tell you everything about the sights. Communication with him is very easy, Wayan always responds quickly via text message, WA or email.

This beautiful beach in a bay gives you that island feeling! There are 3 names for it: Virgin beach/Pasir Putih or White sand beach. Is one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali near our house.

Our small villa is located in East Bali in the town of Jasri, which is still a beautiful real part of Bali, with green jungle, rice terraces and under the smoke of the Agung volcano.
It is wonderfully quiet here, surrounded by greenery, 23 other houses and close to the sea. In the area all the daily life of the Balinese.
Go out to: white sand beach, one of the most beautiful bays in Bali, by scooter or bemo (local transport can be booked privately).
Also recommended are Ujung Palace with gardens and Tirtagangga Palace with water features. The Lempuyang Temple with Gateway to Heaven. Or a little further away to Amed for snorkeling/diving. Candidasa is a quiet holiday village with many restaurants and shops within a 15-minute drive.
With Wayan Mudra, our house manager, driver & guide, you can travel all over the island and create tailor-made day programs together with him. And then come home in the evening to the peace and quiet of Jasri, where our house is located.

East Bali is still a beautiful, real part of Bali

Tamang Ujung Water Palace with beautiful gardens and ponds. Approx. 15 minutes drive from From our house you immediately drive through the beautiful hinterland with rice fields and views of the mountains. There is also still local life here, pay close attention to the rivers you cross and people still bathe in them.
On the road to Ujung you will find the nice Warung Nusantara on the left in the rice fields, where you can enjoy a delicious nasi goreng with a beautiful view. We have eaten here often.

If you want delicious local food, stop at Pondok Mina along the way, they are known here for the tastiest freshwater fish (Gurami) crispy fried, the shrimp are also too tasty.
