Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices are based on 2 people.

3rd and/or 4th person: €9 per person per day.

Discount:

For a stay of 1 MONTH or longer, a rate of €890 per month applies for 2 people.

Including: gas, water, electricity, linen, towels and service.

Service:
Groceries will be done for you, cooked, cleaned, washed and your clothes washed (at your own risk). For this, our Assistant/Hostess, Mrs. Komang, arrives daily or every other day, at the time you agree with her for the cleaning, breakfast and (dinner) cooking work (ingredients are not included), all at no extra cost.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

- In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

- In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

= In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

- In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

- If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Location & area recommendations

Our driver / guide / manager Anom will pick you up with his own car at the airport for a special rate of Rph 400,000. For all other trips that you want to make eg to Ubud, Lovinia, Lake Batur, and so on, you can hire Anom for all day for a special rate of Rph 500,000.

10 minutes walking distance from the bungalow in Jasri you can find a local supermarket for your daily needs. In Amplura, the capital of the province of Karangasem, you can shop extensively in the shopping mall Hardy's and you can visit every day the local morning market. Again, you will be driven by our driver Anom for Rph 90,000 regardless of the number of persons. In Candi Dasa are many nice shops and several local supermarkets where you can find all your souvenirs or groceries.

Of course we can recommend the delicious cuisine of our cook and butler Kadek, but a number of restaurants and warungs / tokos in Candidasa and / or Amlapura are definitely worth a visit. We can advice; La Rouge, Vincent, Bambu Bali, Bali Asli and Pondok Mina. Weekly live dinner music is also provided in La Rouge or Vincent at Candidasa.

In the quiet village Jasri with its Hindu population you will find no entertainment and for this you need to be in the more touristy Candidasa.
